2017

The beginning

  • Corin Underwriting launches as a London-based MGA
  • Development and launch of bespoke underwriting platform
  • Migration of Casualty & General liability book to Corin Underwriting

2018

Early expansion

  • Secure additional A-rated capacity on a long-term basis
  • Introduction of Contractors All Risks (CAR) to suite of products
  • Expansion of underwriting team

2019

Moving on and up

  • Move to new premises on Gracechurch Street EC3 following further expansion
  • Launch of new corporate branding and website

2020

Adapting to change

  • Introduces hybrid working model
  • Introduction of a new Operations team
  • Teams up with local charity, I Fight for James

2021

Building on strength

  • Opens new regional office
  • Introduction of new Apprenticeship scheme
  • Successfully launches 2 further exclusive schemes

2022

Branching out

  • Launch of Corin Europe, the group’s EU underwriting platform, based in Hamburg, Germany
  • Initiates sponsorship scheme for local sports teams
  • Further expansion accounts and claims departments bringing all functions completely in house

2023

Breaking new ground

  • Achieves “strong” performance assessment by A. M. Best
