NextGen has allowed us as a team to put forward and develop new ideas. With us all working in different departments, it is a chance for us to collaboratively work together and gain a better understanding of the industry. Having a platform like NextGen allows me to expand my skills while gaining vital experience in things we may not usually get an opportunity to see. It also allows us to have our voice and be heard allowing us to make positive changes that benefit everyone. I am really excited to see what we can achieve together!

By being a part of the NextGen committee, I am able to grow my professional workplace skills by having a voice to positively impact Corin, as well as the world of Insurance. I am able to bring bright, new ideas to the forefront to discuss with peers about bringing a positive change to the business. I am really excited to see where this can go and look forward to seeing what ideas we have to influence our future.

Being a member of the NextGen committee gives me a platform to propose and implement ideas that will not only benefit our company, but the wider insurance industry. Through our new outlook on insurance, we can bring a fresh perspective to insurance and how we can change it for the better; implementing not only ideas that benefit the insurance industry, but society as a whole, as can be seen in our recent water bottle project. I am thoroughly looking forward to what the future holds being part of this committee as I believe we can have a positive impact on the way not only our company, but the whole industry operates.
